A focused, one-to-one session to untangle whatever feels complicated right now. We might work on your home, your head, a decision you've been going round in circles on, or something you haven't quite put into words yet.

You'll leave with more clarity and a clear next step. For some people, one session is enough to feel lighter and more in control. Others come back when they need to.

Four-session package | £260

Google Meet or Phone | 4 x 60 minutes

For when life needs more than one conversation. Maybe you're navigating a big change, or there's a lot to untangle, or you just want someone alongside you while things shift.

Four sessions gives us time to go deeper. We get to know how you think, what gets in your way, and what actually works for you. There's space to try things between sessions, come back and talk about what happened, and adjust. That's where the real change tends to happen.

We work at your pace, session by session — building clarity, simplifying what's no longer serving you, and keeping momentum going.

You book a free consultation. We have a relaxed conversation. You talk, I listen, we figure out if this is the right fit.

If you'd like to work together, we book your first session. Sessions are via Google Meet or phone.

Between sessions, you can drop me an email if something comes up or you need some friendly encouragement. That's it. No complicated process, no hoops to jump through.
